Why did you choose Bolt Business?
I chose Bolt Business because it embodies forward-thinking mobility that goes beyond mere transport. I was particularly drawn to Bolt’s commitment to convenience. Personally, I alternate between Bolt scooters and ride-hailing depending on the day, weather, and distance, exemplifying the flexibility that Bolt provides. This empowers me to commute efficiently ultimately leading to less traffic, cleaner air, and better cities for everyone ultimately leading to less traffic, cleaner air, and better cities for everyone.
How has business travel changed over the last five years?
The past five years have transformed business travel dramatically. We witnessed the resilience of this industry post-pandemic, shifting towards greater flexibility, digital innovation, and sustainable practices. Companies now prioritise agility and responsiveness, requiring travel solutions that align seamlessly with evolving business demands and hybrid work arrangements.
What are the most significant business travel shifts you’re seeing today?
Two primary shifts stand out today. First, businesses demand flexibility, traditional fixed policies are evolving into adaptive, on-demand solutions reflecting hybrid work realities. Second, there’s an increased emphasis on technology integration for cost and time efficiency, where businesses seek detailed, real-time insights to optimise travel budgets and ensure compliance with travel policies.
How is your business doing?. What led to these results?
Our impressive growth resulted from businesses increasingly returning to office-based work environments and prioritising cost-effective travel solutions. With commuting challenges intensifying, companies are turning to Bolt Business for flexible and efficient alternatives. Our proactive account management, combined with our tailored solutions, ensures continuous support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What are the benefits of Bolt Business for business customers?
Bolt Business provides key benefits, notably cost control and efficiency. Companies can significantly reduce travel costs by approximately 25% and save considerable administrative time each month. Flexibility is another hallmark, with options for scheduling rides up to 90 days ahead or booking instantly on-demand. Scalability ensures our solutions adapt seamlessly as businesses expand. Furthermore, our dedicated local account management ensures superior customer experience and continuous, personalised support.
How do business customers get access to these benefits?
We offer a couple of different Bolt Business products to help our customers access these benefits, depending on their needs. With a Business Account, customers can add employees, freelancers, and contractors to their account for complete control over how employees travel for work. Companies can set spending limits and conditions for travel, and travellers can travel for work using their Bolt app, with the company as a payment method.
For companies with smaller teams or less complex travel policies, Work Profile offers all the convenience of Bolt with the addition of pre-filled ride receipts. This means no lost receipts, no paperwork, and no more time spent filling out expense reports. Employees can connect the Work Profile with their company’s expense management software.
The Bolt app works exactly the same way everywhere, so it’s really easy for customers to use Bolt Business for business rides as well as in their personal lives. They simply need to switch the payment method in the app, with no need for a separate app. For business rides, everything else is automatic, including employer access to the ride tracker, receipts, and travel reports.
